The 5 Garrett singers come from a family of 10 kids, 3 of which are adopted from the Ukraine. The parents of this family started an organization called "Save a Child Foundation". In this organization, children are brought over from Ukraine to stay in homes here in the U.S. for 2 weeks. Then, the family can go adopt them if they choose to. A lot of the proceeds of this CD go towards helping this organization. This CD was also made so that LDS/Christian listeners could have music to play around their home or in their car on Sundays (or just when they need to be uplifted). It is also a great CD to give a missionary to listen to on his/her mission.
