Album Notes

Back in mid 2005, Idle Vice's founding member Justin Fehntrich could only imagine what life would be like living in a van, touring around the country living off of bananas and bottled water. But it would only be two short years before that was a reality. Fehntrich, along with drummer Jayson Howard and bassist Branden Gallagher, would find themselves living in a van for 3 months at a time, touring around the U.S., hustling CD's at shows and malls to keep their gas tank...and their stomachs, relatively full. Getting their music into anyones hands that would listen. By 2008, the band had put out two EP's and booked two tours all on their own. Not to mention they survived living in squalor on the road. Things were going well for the band. In October 2008, new lead singer Timmy Fasano joined the boys and they set to work relentlessly writing new material which they felt would take the band in a somewhat new direction musically and esthetically. The band played their highly anticipated first show with Fasano in December 2008 to a very well receiving crowd and an incredibly warm responce. In March 2009, the band began recording pre-production versions of new songs for a likely studio release sometime in 2009. However, no release date has been scheduled. The band also plans touring the East Coast in the early summer of 2009.
