Album Notes

The third Improv logic cd. All production from this point on is Dusty (Sir Realist), he can be considered a half or more of these songs, depending on the subjective stance, and a mind going mad with all the writings such a bucket could pour, decided that life was very much like the weather in the sense that predictions are predictions and expectations can be cut through by the dark of storms unexpected, and the cloud clearing causes appreciation for the sun.

some info:
Me and Dustin started making hip hop way back in the 10th grade, freestyling over the beats that he made with some friends of ours. About two years later I produced some beats and recorded my first album, Improv Logic, using Dustin's music as intros and outros to the tracks. I started doing some shows at this point, and a little more than 2 years after that I had stopped making my own beats and had two more cds out, Sunrise and The Weather, with my writing going over the music that Dustin makes (check out all of his other projects too, it will blow your brain). Some more shows helped us make a small place in the local scene, and we released another cd called Beats Madly On Bars, our latest invention. Our music is not within the norms of hip hop, but this is the best direction to go because these are norms that need to be broken. The focus needs to be less on image and more on content, less aesthetic appeal and more thought provoking writing, there is too much potential in this genre to keep making the same self-hyping shit that has already been done

Improv Logic is probably the best rapper out there at the moment. It cant be explained, must be heard. The only bad thing is that there are a million interludes, but just delete them and you have yourself a great CD.
