Album Notes

I NATION is the vision of nomadic Australian born, London based multi-instrumentalist Dylan Nation, who writes, engineers and performs everything himself.

With a sound somewhere between NIN, Devin Townsend, Type O Negative and Rammstein, I NATION have toured extensively throughout Australia and opened for such bands as NIGHTWISH, HIM, CKY and Apoptygma Berzerk.

With a strong DIY attitude and through their own independent label 'The Solaris Complex' I NATION have released one full length album 'Sounds From The Sea' (2008) one single 'The Last Summer' (2007) and the 2005 e.p 'Splendid Isolate'.

Dylan is currently working on new material and the new live line-up, which will make its debut across Europe late 2009.

From the Brisbane NIGHTWISH support reviews -

\"the trio teach this crowd a lesson in rock-screaming-roll\" - RAVE MAG

\"an ideal support set; intensifying the crowd’s anticipation, while delivering a lasting musical experience of their own.\" - TIME OFF

In 2005 i nation released their debut e.p \"Splendid Isolate\" to critical acclaim

\"not many artists push boundaries like this, and not many do it nearly this well\" - DEMUS

\"the production, presentation and strong melodies of this disk definitely make it one of the best local releases I have heard\" - TSUNAMI
