Album Notes

Ingrid Saxon grew up in Show Business. Her Dad, David Sorin Collyer was in Vaudeville, many Broadway Shows, and then became a renowned voice teacher. Her mom performs in nightclubs and symphonies and also teaches. Her Godmother, Helen Hobbs Jordan was not only her musicianship teacher, but also taught Tony Bennett & Melissa Manchester.

Ingrid started performing at an early age. Her 1st role was as Helen Keller in Miracle Worker. She went on to work on television, in soap operas, commercials, live industrials and recordings for children's albums & jingles.

In theatre she's performed many roles from Ophelia to Reno Sweeney. Ingrid fondly remembers an act she had for a while with her father.

She continues to perform in nightclubs and in concert, most recently performing at Merkin Hall in NYC.
