Album Notes

Combining their pop/punk heritage with ska and reggae influences, Ink Lasts Longer has found a way to create a unique and seamless blend of their favorite genres in their first album, \"Party Crashing.\" Coming together in the fall of 2005, Ink Lasts Longer has grown into a local favorite to the Chicago music scene with their quirky attitude and lively stage presence. Ink Last Longer was brought together by frontman Tim Crawford when he asked high school friend Trent Halverson to play drums with him. After writing and recording a rough garage styled track together, they later asked Chad Sands to play lead guitar and Allen Murphy to play bass and provide as extra set of vocals. While learning to play and practice in Allen\'s garage, the four boys took their wide range of musical influences together to produce a unique and lively sound that is theirs and theirs alone.

This band is FANTASTIC. And it's not like you only hear the guitar, or the drums, or the singer, but you hear EVERYTHING! Not to mention that some are just a brand new sound, like "Our Tomorrow." Guaranteed that it's nothing that's ever been done before. Pure genious!
