Giant Ear))) is the New York Society for Acoustic Ecology's (NYSAE) weekly, two-hour radio show webcasting recordings of the NYC soundscape, (wo)man-on-the-street public interest interviews, live on-site sound explorations, special guests, and more, all concerned with trying to understand and appreciate the soundscapes in which we live. Webcasting since May 2005, a new show is updated each month and webcast on www.free103point9.org.

This disk captures approximately two years worth of NYC-centric material submittted by NYSAE members and other artists. Contains material by Marc Foxman, Edmund Mooney, Geoff Dugan, Michelle Nagai, Ben Owen, Andrea Williams, Jonny Farrow, Andrea Callard with David Watson and Jeremy Slater.
