R&B duo “Inspire” have high expectations for themselves. One listen to their music proves they are educated and skilled musically. From their unique songwriting and arrangements to the rich harmonies they make seem effortless, Inspire is exceeding their fans’ expectations. It’s no coincidence, however, the duo sounds so good together; they’re brothers. Royce and Safee were influenced by music their entire lives. Their journey to this point began many years ago, but the obvious choice to start a group together just became reality a short time ago. While they worked together in groups in the past, they never worked as a duo…until now. Safee ventured out as a solo artist. He worked with Notch Entertainment for a short time before signing with UndaGround Recordings in 2005. Royce, on the other hand, started the group O.U.T.F.I.T. and was a member until mid-2008. It wasn’t long before Royce and Safee were in the studio together working on an album as a duo for the first time. When it came to working with a producer, Inspire chose renowned producer and long-time friend Tee-Ja of UndaGround Recordings. This choice added the final element necessary for the duo to move forward with their debut album.
