Fergus O’Farrell is the charismatic voice of one of the most compelling and influential groups to emerge from the Irish music scene in the 1990s. Their live gigs and eponymous album have influencened many of the current wave of innovative Irish singer/songwriters, a fact recognised by their inclusion in the RTE TV series, ‘Other Voices: Songs from a Room’ and their performance of 'Gold' in the film 'Once'
Interference are a group that cross all rock/folk/traditional divides with their string driven hypnotic sound and make a concert a truly moving experience.
RTE’s publicity rightly describes the band as "almost mythical, definitely legendary."
Music Guru Dave Fanning has said "Interference are the only band in Ireland I can't pigeonhole "
Fergus O'Farrell has also widely collaborates : Artists include Black , Camilla Griehsel, Maurice Seezer, Paul Tiernan, David Bickley, Glen Hansard, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Nina Hynes, and Paul Griffin.

I love the songs Cain & Able and Vaj Vaj! I'm very thankful for Interference' appearance in "Once"; without that I wouldn't be able to enjoy their beautiful and magical music... THANKS!
