Into Eternity: promising
author: N.conley
This is IE first album(at least that I'm aware of) and it definately worth a look, or listen. I only gave it three stars since, well, there are some great songs on here, but there's some filler too. I wish I could have given it 3.5 or 3.75. I love songs like Holding onto Emptiness and Speak of the Dead. The acoustic material, while good, didn't really strike me. It didn't seem to flow with the heavier material. Tim Roth has a good voice except it seems a little um...same-y after awhile. It'd have been nice is more deathmetal vocals were worked into the songwriting, but it's just a matter of taste. Great album, I'll be looking forward to the next!
