Fact Flavored Fiction(s)

It is a diverse record with hints of Folk, Blues, Pop, Classic rock and Mo town. The album begins with Mr. Parkers Cadillac which has a fantastic groove driven through by stellar horns. Other Highlights include the McCartney-esqe “When is Someday” and funky ballad “It was over.” The album is solid in production with fantastic musicianship and vocal harmony throughout. A must for any music fan looking for a fresh take on a classic sound.

Ira is THE MAN!
author: David Talisman
Ira's new album is an awesome work salted with moments of genius and peppered with his unique and entertaining musical personality. After having the pleasure and honor of working with Ira in a band(s) over the many years of our friendship, I can truly say that Ira has arrived. His impeccable production and attention to detail are readily apparent in the presence of the tracks and virtuosity of the mix. I found this album to be most entertaining on many levels. Ira's voice rings of history...Jackson Browne, the Beatles, Bob Dylan...the whimsical, poetic phrasing evokes wonderful images of bygone times, as well as today's cacophonous civilization. There's also some humor mixed in the lyrics eg. "he laughs like Morey Amsterdam" which may only be recognizable to the affectionados of Groucho Marx and the like haha...Bravo Ira...keep up the great work my Brother!!!

Another Terrific Album From A Great Artist
author: zorrowitz
This is a magnificent follow-up to Ira's 2006 album "Here Is Where". Again the songwriting is outstanding, as the lyrics are intelligent with wry humor and great heart. The musicianship is superb and the sound quality is stunning producing one outstanding performance after another. The song "If You Can Imagine That" is an absolute masterpiece, and the instrumental "Call From Restricted" is captivating. Ira's rendition of "Spanish Harlem Incident" is one to which Dylan himself could aspire. "Midnight Disease" rocks with the best of them. The rest of the tracks are also gems. A fantastic effort by a great artist.

Rockin Better After All These Years
author: Sandy Weisberg
This album is the second for Mr. Ingber after 30 years of being a most sought-after studio musician. His current work is phenomenal and awesome like eating a Pink's Chili Dog sober. His production was as smooth as silk and his back-up musicians "tight." I really liked how he tied in the sound of a P 61 Mustang vintage airplane to end "Mr. Parker's Cadillac," the first cut on the album. He used a less well-known Dylan tune which he sung with Bob's unique intonation but made it specially "Iracized." I enjoyed his funky, slide guitar-driven(his performance) instrumental to get up and dance the Hora. It is hard to compare him to anyone like Peter Gabriel cuz he's specially Ira, but if I had to I would say he's the West Coast Paul Simon/Billy Joel. Mazel tov! Ira on rockin better after all these years.
