When he walked out of the singing session one fine Saturday afternoon, having been told in no uncertain terms that he had no business whatsoever entertaining the dream of being a singer; his dream of becoming a world-renowned gospel music vessel seemed improbable to say the least. Adjudged to be unable to carry a tune at age 10, his career to be over even before it ever got started. But God was able! A largely discouraged kid born and raised in Ghana, this was yet another major setback he had to deal with. If God could raise up stones to sing to his glory, then this ‘stone’ was going to sing and sing exceptionally well to His praise and glory.

Afterwards he had to endure having to sit and watch the rest of the kids sing in the choir every Sunday morning; serving to remind that he really wasn’t good enough to be up there magnifying the Lord. Just how was Isaac to turn this situation around? But the God specializes in making the impossible, possible had a plan for him and nothing was going to stop this from coming into fruition. To set his dream rolling, God relocated his family to another city in Ghana, where he had to attend another church. It was here that the ‘stone’ earned his moment in the spotlight.

He joined the youth choir of that church immediately after the family settled in. He was very excited about the opportunity to sing in that choir and started blossoming in no time. Finally the dream seemed all so real. As the months went by, it became apparent that this was more than just a church-ministering talent; this was a specially-crafted vessel that God was going to use to bring the message of life and peace to countless people across the world. People around him discovered that he had a unique talent. Gradually he emerged as a star in his local choir and was constantly handed lead roles, which only served to augment his talent, taking him to yet another level.

All too soon he had outgrown his peers and got promoted to the senior choir. It was quite a funny sight beholding this diminutive 12 year-old boy standing and singing with much older men and women. Through the mentorship of the late Michael Acheampong, who has gone on to join the heavenly choir and David Baah, he became one of the main lead singers in the senior choir.

Then came the final exodus. Isaac’s family relocated to the land of dreams: America. In no time his talent began to precede him and his fame spread about. Soon he was honouring invitations to minister to countless audiences. Over the years, Isaac has sung to several people who have openly described his talent as; amazing, anointed, stunning, great, gifted and many more. Now there is no doubting what God has intended for his life, and the world around him proclaims that he is a God-given talent, to be used to glorify God. He is fully convinced that it’s the only way he will be able touch the hearts of many in a significant way.

On his journey to where he stands now, ready to be unleashed upon the world, Isaac has fallen on inspiration provided by world-acclaimed gospel acts including Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Alvin Slaughter, Ray Boltz, Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, T.D Jakes Potter’s House Choir daily and many others. These inspiring musicians and groups have helped shape him into a unique contemporary and inspiring gospel singer. Isaac is fanatical about worship songs including those of Fred Hammond’s Rugged Cross, Marvin Sapp’s A place of Worship and Alvin Slaughter’s I will Run to You. He also loves and enjoys singing songs of praise to God.

Since moving to the US 2003, Isaac has not for a minute departed from his God-given talent. He believes he was born to sing and bless God's people with his gift and desires to do it on a larger platform. He believes that singing at church and religious events is much more than a performance, but rather a ministration of the word of God through music; serving as a conduit for the spirit of God to descend in His power and might, to save, heal and deliver. The scripture Mark 16:15 is the driving force behind his ministry; The commission Jesus Christ gave his children to go out and preach the Gospel is so important and dear to his heart.
