Formerly of Los Angeles, Isaiah Stewart is a drummer/composer whose explosive original music unites the worlds of jazz, funk, rock, r&b and hip-hop into a powerful musical experience.

He has released two albums: Urban Playground (2005) and Life Games (2000). Songs from his first CD, Life Games, are routinely played on thousands of Internet radio stations and have been downloaded by approximately 400,000 listeners worldwide.

Several of the songs from Life Games charted worldwide on MP3.com's Top 10 overall, beating out such popular artists as: Eminem, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Faith Hill and P-Diddy - an amazing achievement for an independent jazz artist.

Driving music 4 sho!

I took this CD on a long ride from Boston to the Cape, it was the perfect CD to pop in and jam to all the way there. I don\'t have any other CD\'s similar to this one, so I\'m looking forward to purchasing more of Isaiah\'s music.

Knows the meaning of PHAT!

I have listened to both of the CDs and am addicted to this stuff! Be careful if you're driving to this. It's hard to concentrate! If this disk doesn't make you want to get up and dance then you're walking dead! Seriously now. The tunes are mostly based on a bottom end in the pocket feel. But very creative. And it doesn't get into the same old cliché' funk feel that most white boy rockers keep creating. Isiah has the gift of groove and he has something to say! Can't wait for the next one
