Hey guys... it's been a long time. This is by far my favorite cd. I LOVE IT! The copy that all you guys signed for me has been worn out... time for a new one. I'm on the waiting list. Much love-Brianna (H.B.)

17 tracks on the CD speak of herb, love, freedom...

Though it’s been a long time coming, the new ISOULJAHS’ release is finally here! After the great debut album of King’s Music and a few years of constant gigs, Costa Mesa, CA’s own legends the ISOULJAHS are back to mash up the roots scene. Blending the original recipe of Studio One and Augustus Pablo’s Far East Sound, ISOULJAHS have grown incorporating some dancehall style on a few tracks and much adding to the flavor of the musical goulash.
Despite some line up changes over the years the ISOULJAHS have tightened the screws on some of their favorite tunes and worked on some new classics too. Mikey Gamboa continues to provide some awesome vocals on these tracks showing wide range of styles, fast or slow. ISOULJAHS seem ready for worldwide exposure giving others the pleasure we here in Southern California have enjoyed for years. 17 tracks on the CD speak of herb, love, freedom, and the solid roots sound that is firmly the foundation of the band.
Tracks long time fans will recognize – “Crucial Roots”, “Mr. Muzik”, and even the signature song of the band “ISOULJAHS.” What I truly enjoyed hearing was a song first performed live on my radio show, “To De Top;” which is Mikey rapping fast style in a dancehall matrix that shows that there is versatility here. One song I wish had made it onto this release is “Wadada”, another instant classic which seems to get better in every performance – that also showcases the easy blending of Hip Hop / Rap and Reggae. With some help in the production arena by two greats of the California Reggae scene, Lesterfari and Trevy Felix from Boom Shaka, this album will not be a disappointment for fans who have long been waiting for this release. The musical train has arrived – “All Aboard!”

I can't stop listening to it! and now my little sister wants to hear it too. Our favorite track is #7 but tracks 2, 4, and 5 are becoming our favorites too. I will recommend it to all reggae listeners, and play it to all who are not.
