Ike and Val

This dynamic duo is consistent with their soul satisfying entertainment and audiences love it. Their stellar performances in night clubs, private parties, civic functions, festivals and concerts throughout the USA, Caribbean, Mexico and Europe are uplifting treats for the eyes, ears and spirit.

“Ike & Val’s Blues” is the theme song for Daddy Dee’s blues shows at WSLY Radio in Demopolis, MS and Chico the Virgo’s Sunday Blues Show on Hot 105 in Miami.
Their original “Spinnin’ ‘Round & ‘Round” was remixed by the late and great country western artist, Bill Deal of Virginia and is currently in rotation in Hilton Head and surrounding areas. “Spinnin’ ‘Round & ‘Round” has also been chosen as the theme for a line dance club in Philadelphia, PA. Their songs are aired on radio stations in Italy, France, Macedonia, Norway, England, Belgium, the Caribbean and the USA, including HOT 105 in their hometown.

Ike & Val have performed annually at the Red Bones Blues Festival and Jazz in Ocho Rios, Negrill and Kingston, Jamaica. The duo have shared the stage with Jonathan Butler, David Sanborne, Oleada Adams, Earl Klugh, Poncho Sanchez, the O’Jays and Shirley Caesar. They have also performed in the Mango Festival, Red Velvet Cake Festival, Savanna Blues & Jazz Festival. Ike and Val opened for the Delphonics, Billy Paul, Barbara Mason, Carl Carlton, Dorothy Moore, Major Harris, the Persuaders, and the Intruders at the “Titans of the 70’s Show.

Ike and Val just returned from Spain where they were headliners at Auditori in Barcelona and Teatro Lope De Vega in Madrid and are invited back for a command performance in May, 2006. The duo recently performed at the first annual Jazz in the Garden at the Dolphin Stadium with legends: The Rippingtons, Nestor Torres, Marion Meadows and Jeff Kashiwa. They will begin a tour of Italy, Spain, Holland and Switzerland starting in December of this year. Expect to hear lots of great news about Ike and Val!!!
