JACK DUPON
Our story begins in 2001, when Thomas Larsen (drums) met the young men who would end up as his partners in the venture of the band which would come to known as, JACK DUPON: Gregory Pozzoli (guitar) and Arnaud M'Doihoma (bass). They jam and practice together regularly on an informal basis, more for their own pleasure than from a professional standpoint.
In 2004, they invite and begin "jamming" with Philippe Prebet (guitar) and Denis Cosson (guitar) and Jack Dupon is born, with the bands first concert being held in June 2004.
Some months later, Denis leaves the band for health reasons; although he continues to remain very close and supportive to the band.
During the next two years, Jack Dupon performs on many stages and venues throughout France and Europe.
In 2006, , the band's first album, L'Africain Disparu, which was recorded in their home-studio, is released. It was also in 2006 that the band releases its first video clip, for the song ‘La Secte des Mouches’.
In 2007, the group is selected from over 1.800 entrants, to participate at Europe’s biggest rock festival/contest, The Bilborock in Bilbao (Spain). The band wins 4th prize for Best Act and Arnaud wins the award for’ best bassist’ . In March of that year, Jack Dupon also wins ‘Best Band’ at the rock contest/festival, Brugheas.
In 2008, Jack Dupon performs at the Rock Preserv festival before 7,500 spectators, sharing the stage with Alpha Blondy, Pigalle, and Paul Personne. Present on the American social music platform Ourstage, with the song Pig Monster landing among the top-ten in April 2008.
Also in 2008, the band signs with the noted progressive music label MUSEA and releases their second album L'ECHELLE DU DESIR. The album receives exceptional reviews by the public and media and is ranked in the top 50 albums of the year by the popular Canadien radio program ‘Délire Musical - CFLX-FM’ (Sherbrooke, Quebec).
Pig Monster, a video-clip produced in collaboration with the videographer Renard comes out in October 2008.
In 2009, Jack Dupon tours all over France to promote the album, including a gig at the legendary palace of progressive rock, Le Triton. Jack Dupon is scheduled to perform with the legendary group ‘Frank Zappa - Children of Invention’ at the Festival Alambic Electric (unfortunately, the festival will not take place). The band also performs in June at La Coopérative de Mai.
Jack Dupon releases, once again in collaboration with Renard, their third music video, ‘La Cousine du Grand Mongol’.
2010 is the year of the first United States tour, organized by the American Independent music label Transit Music Group [TMG]. Spearheaded by TMG’S president, David Roberge, the band travels the highways and byways of the northeastern seaboard of the USA, logging up nearly 5000 miles along those same roads. Beginning with an appearance at the 16th Annual Prog Day Festival Pre-Show in Chapel Hill, NC, and continuing with shows in western NC, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, and a few more scattered about in NH and other states, the band complete their extremely successful first US tour with a rousing, heart stopping performance in New York City, NY. The band even found time to record seven new songs for their forthcoming album’ Démon Hardï’, at Drumlin Downe Studio in East Kingston, New Hampshire, under the guidance of producer Brian Sachs. The album was mastered at Master Suite/Metronome Studios by multiple Grammy Award winner Jay Frigoletto.

THOMAS LARSEN – Drums/Percussion
Born in 1983
Thomas starts to play drums at the age of 10, self-taught. He participates in various youth bands, first live stage performance in 1994 [age 11].
In 2000, he meets Gregory Pozzoli and Arnaud M'Doihoma in high school, and together they decide to write some songs and jam together.
Participates in the 2003 creation of the band SENOYS and the music collective Proche du Ravin http://www.procheduravin.org

ARNAUD M'DOIHOMA
Born en 1984
Arnaud meets Gregory Pozzoli and Thomas Larsen in high school, who persuade him to play bass with them.
For nearly four years they learned to improvise together for fun.
In 2003 he created his first band SENOYS alongside Thomas Larsen on drums.
Bassist and singer of Jack Dupon since the band's inception in 2004.
Composes music and lyrics of all Jack Dupon's songs collectively with the other musicians.
Has participated on all Jack Dupon recordings, including L'Africain Disparu in 2006, L’Echelle du Désir in 2008 and Démon Hardi in 2010.
GREGORY POZZOLI
Born in 1983
Greg began playing guitar in 1997 at the age of 14. He meets Thomas Larsen and together they decide to become musicians.
In 2000, they meet Arnaud M'Doihoma, with whom they formed an unnamed trio. For four years they improvise, write and jam together.

PHILIPPE PREBET
Born in 1953
Performed his first concert at the age of 17 as guitarist with the band Ultima Verba.
In 1972 he played with Dagon and in 1973 founded the group Anatole with Bertrand Lajudie.
In 1977 he decided to abandon music and began a world tour that lasted two years.
In 1981, Philippe picks up his guitar again and starts composing and recording music for several theater and puppetry companies.
1992, created the band Bleu de Chauffe with the harmonicist Ariel Tomé, a band which releases 3 albums (Coup de Grisou, En Concert and 3ème Round).
In 2000, with Ariel he creates La Malice, which released an eponymous album.
