Album Notes
Finally! After a wildly successful performance at the 2011 RIO [Rock In Opposition] Festival, the maniac eccentrics of Jack Dupon release their long awaited 'Bascule A Vif' CD of live material. This is how Jack Dupon should be heard! With the bands noted and famous wackiness and sense of humor completely intact, the band delivers nearly two hours of incredible musicianship, fantastic songs and sonic insanity. If you are unfamiliar with the music of Jack Dupon [not a real person, by the way], then this would be the place to start. For fans who like their music a little , or even maybe a lot, left of center, this is the band for you. A great combination of Zappa, King Crimson, Primus, Gong, Etron Fou Leloublon and other progressive/psychedelic/avant-garde/RIO type bands.
