JACKIE GOUCHE
THE WAY YOU SEE

Jackie Gouche, one of the most prolific writers in Gospel music is no novice to the profession, but she steps into a freshman position as she pursues a solo career. A minister, psalmist, musician and writer, Gouche is Gospel music's best kept secret. Her rich history in the industry, having sung with artists such as Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Quincy Jones, Andre Crouch, Yolanda Adams and a host of others served as a career foundation , but becoming a PTL singer moved her into her destiny . In addition to her multiple gifts, Gouche heads up the music ministry for one of the most dynamic and flourishing churches in Inglewood, CA, Bible Enrichment Fellowship Intl Church, where the powerful Apostle Beverly "BAM" Crawford is Sr. Pastor.

The debut CD, The Way You See, is a collection of songs that exude the spirit of worship, inviting the listeners to a party of praise. Exhilarating cuts such as, "You're Great", "Bless Your Name" and "Lord Take Me Higher" will definitely find a spot on the ipod, but it's the anointed singles, "Psalms 100," and "My Three Sons" that will find a place in your heart. During these trying times of economic meltdown and high prices of gas, one can find comfort in the anthem bound tune, "American Bless God". " It is my hope that the songs on this project would cause the listener to be strengthened, encouraged and inspired, as they draw closer to God", states Gouche. Her knack for penning songs that minister to people often catches the attention of worship leaders & choirs, and before long congregations across America are singing them on Sunday mornings. Gouche is best known for the classic tune, "My Help, recorded by Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Ronald Winans' last release before his passing, Family and Friends V (featuring CeCe Winans) and transcribed in several different languages making it a global success. Another Sunday morning favorite is , "Perpetual Praise" highlighted on BAM Crawford Purpose, The King Is Coming Any Day.

A dedicated worshipper, Jackie Gouche, has faithfully served as the music minister at BEFIC for over 18 years. Gouche's loyalty was born on the heels of experiencing a mighty deliverance. And her touching testimony of accepting such a call , after walking free from a cocaine addiction for only one year , ignites a fire within to overcome any obstacles that comes your way. The entire story can be read in her autobiography entitled, How Would I Know ?. The struggle of addiction and a victorious salvation have worked together to develop the powerful anointing on Jackie’s life.
