"If you had to explain American roots-rock to an extraterrestrial, the simplest answer would be Just Drive."
AllMusic.com American Music Guide
"Just Drive" is an impressive collection of stirring songs....it's always exciting to see real artistry at work."
Independent Songwriter Web-Magazine
"Jackalope Junction is one of the finest roots rock/country crossover acts that I've heard in a long time. This is definitely music to move to....a unique blend of music that in my mind, hasn't been overdone, or done near enough for that matter."
GlobalMuse.com
"What a great CD this is! Jackalope Junction really shows all of their colors on "Just Drive" their sophomore release. With a fine mix of country, rock, blues, and pop this album will surely wet your appetite for more and keep you coming back for second helpings."
Music Dish
"Dragging some groove into smooth country rock, Jackalope Junction tries to have the best of a few worlds.....[and] even pulls off the trick quite nicely. After all, both laid-back country and groove rock are but different steps away from the blues 'n' boogie, and as long as any merger attempt incorporates that middleman, well, it's bound to work."

Wow
author: Ali NelaI loved every minute of it. Even though I am a tasteless Long Islander, I find this music really soothes the soul. My Hat off to great music performed by a great musician, Dave Issaic.
Truly wonderful

Give this a try
author: Steve LyallGreat mix of songs. Rotation of the 3 quality vocalists adds to the overall high standard of this recording as previously mentioned.Bought on recommendation. A snip at under US $5!
Great CD
author: Jon DeLongI've heard of Jacklope Junction, but never actually heard them. I finally broke down and bought this CD. what an unexpected delight. "Just Drive" is a Country hit. The CMA just hasn't figured it out yet. I really hope some one discovers this find band and gives them a leg-up
Body Shaking and Foot Stomping Good!
author: Akbar Muhammadyeah, whatta groove! Hard bop and rock with the country vocal preaching the message Ain't gonna lift you up to drag you down. Solid group and worthy of whatever their efforts will bring them.
Plenty of drive!
author: Laura T. Lynch of Kweevak.comThis ten-track collection is an energetic mix of textured songs, balanced arrangements and fine instrumentation. JJ has a lot of variety, as there are three capable vocalists in the group who share lead role responsibilities. Just Drive has a good, upbeat vibe and synergy. Guitars are grand, keys and piano ambient and solid bass and percussions complete the package. 'Just Drive' the title track has a positive feel and flows on a steady beat, nice piano work and subtle guitars. Dave Isaacs's upbeat vocals are a delight. 'Good As Gone' is a soulful song featuring Debbie Novak on bluesy vocals. The guitars are sexy and accented with a moving beat and fine key work. 'Loving Him Less' is a slower sad song about relationships exquisitely executed by Catherine Miles on lead. Enjoy the ride.
Love the depth, variety and hummability of these great tunes.
author: AkposnerI love this CD. I've been listening to it every day now for a couple of weeks and can't get the tunes out of my head. "Good As Gone" is a dynamic original that is riveting and fresh, with a stunning vocal, driving bass line, and a lead guitar that is astonishing throughout. The title track is a classic. It has a gorgeous counter melody and keyboards that are both subtle and strong. The vocal variety of the male lead and two female singers who each sing lead on two of the songs and provide harmonies and back-ups to die for, has a richness that reminds me of Fleetwood Mac. Jackalope Junction is a "Jewel" (another of my favorite tracks)!
