I have always loved to sing. Moreover, I have always loved to sing the kinds of songs on this album. In my teens I was still listening to Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Perry Como and Dean Martin while my contemporaries were starting to listen to Elvis and the Beatles.
One of the greatest influences on my love for the "Standards" were the Ella Fitzgerald "Song Books" where she sang the songs of Gershwin, Cole Porter, Rogers and Hart and Irving Berlin. Listening to Ella was a wonderful education.
I have sung in various clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, performed at weddings and corporate functions but never have really devoted enough time to this part of my life. I thought it was finally time to get to a studio and record some songs. I was lucky enough to get three fantastic musicians to work with me on this album: Martan Mann, Hank Uribe and Dave Lario.
We had a ball doing this. We hope you enjoy our efforts.

Fantastic voice. They don't make them like this anymore. He could have given Frank a run for his money!

some of the great dances at M-A, 1953 through 1957. What local
clubs do you perform in ?
