ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"For "Karenita", Jacques Pellarin Trio has created a bubble of high quality music.
Served by three talented musicians, the compositions of Jacques Pellarin bring into
value an innovative mix of accordion jazz and world influences. Two years after the
release of "Sound Of Philadelphia", the album took up soon on the tour
East Coast of the United States. Concerts and studios are natural alternatives, creating a
most advanced thinking.
The Bayan instrument's original composer, dialogue with saxophones Diego
Fano and host of percussion Yann Pajean. A true musical bond,
cemented by a beautiful friendship. The acoustic performance of the trio creates a
close proximity with the audience, conquered by his sharp and generous. Far from everything
cliché, these compositions show that they exceed the limits of our certainty
cultural. An album you like them: human and demanding ! "

Hi Jacques,
Just had a listen to your new album,
Wonderful job!

*my* number one is track 10 (My Street Corner) –
the rhythm-changes, the mellowness, the atmosphere, the dynamics…. You really Rock!

Just wanted to congratulate you on this wonderful achievement.
