I have all 4 albums but this one is my favorite. I heard this album when I was going through my own nightmare and it seemed Jake himself was talking to me! Keep up the good work Brother!

    Great CD of soulful blues!

  • Killer CD
    author: Big Jon

For any of you out there who love raw, soulful, uncut blues this CD is a must. The acoustic tracks are all amazing, and the electric ones are pretty damn good too. Hardly ever do I buy a CD that is good from start to finish but I love every song on here. Jake La Botz is a rare talent and I have become a huge fan of his work in a very short time. If you love real music, not the top 40 spoon fed garbage, then it's definately worth your money to check this CD out and help support an awesome up and coming musician.

  • Excellent...my new favorite cd
    author: Rev. Mike The Bass

I love this album. Great blues. a nice mix of acoustic tracks here and there...along with some trashy juke-joint tunes. buy it. enjoy it and spread the word....if you're feelin' down & out read proverbs.

  • Psychic possession of 'Chicago boy' by spirits of old blues singers !
    author: Silver

This CD delivers eleven tasty helpings of genuine "Subterranean blues" stew, lovingly prepared for your consumption by Le botz and gang, seasoned with jailhouse whisky, tears and magic potion. Having seen the spookily talented Jake le Botz and his band perform several unforgetably 'knock you off your chair" gigs, i "just had to buy this" to listen to at home. regrets..........Not ! This CD is for those that love their music raw and dark , right out of the broken hearts of those who have limped and crawled along the rocky road and lived fated and blessed to sing the tale. Its all here ...from the sinister tale of "follow me down " to the divinely torturous alcoholics blues anthem "lay down the bottle". ladies and gentlemen! Mr Jake Le Botz is the real article. dont even think about it! order your cd right now!
