Eppie Bailey from Nashville, Steve Quelet from Philadelphia, and Josh Wolf from Allentown are three songwriter's that suddenly found themselves living in the same little town in the mountains of northern Pennsylvania. They combined forces, along with Pennsylvania mountain native upright bassist Judy Shunk to create the Jakob's Hollow Band. The band's strongpoints are strong songwriting skills and three part harmonies with voices that mix together well. The members bring influences from Folk, Rock, Blues, Old Timey, Alt- Country and Americana from several different cultural areas and backgrounds.
