Jimmy Aldridge is a Nashville Country musician and songwriter with roots in the old school of Outlaw Country and Southern Rock. Growing up as the son of a Detroit autoworker, songs like "Take this Job and Shove It", "One Piece at a Time", and "White Lightning" were always running through the 8-track in his dad's pickup truck. He picked up a guitar at the age of 17, with the intention of writing original songs from the start. His influences include Merle Haggard, George Jones, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Johnny Cash, to name a few. With roots in Kentucky and Tennessee, and heroes like these, it was only a matter of time until he made his way to Nashville.
