James Azola is a Canadian of Cameroon origin from a very large family, many of whom are musicians. He is a writer/composer, singing in French and in Cameroonian languages (Maka, Douala), who lives in Gatineau, Quebec. James won a music award in Vanier in 1986 and often sings for fundraising throughout Quebec and Ontario. His CD "Valeurs", recorded at Bova Studio in Ottawa, was released in February 2007.
The lyrics of James' songs reflect his values for world issues and concerns.
