Could you please put someone on the phone that speaks english

Why, why, why? It seems like every time I call in I can only understand every third word that is being spoken. What happen to the days when you called customer service and got Sally out in Kansas or Bob in Tennessee? Sure Bob had a southern drawl but at least you could still understand him!!! If your answering phones in customer service, excellent command of the english language (and ALL of it's subtleties) should be a prerequisite! In every industry you are directed to a computer or disconnected or better yet left on hold. With all of the advancements in technology we are losing communication skills which leaves the consumer feeling like cattle being moved through a line. So, I can really relate to the message in this song. My overall review is: the direction society is moving in; me, I, and mine, and maybe service providers may need to listen to this before starting there day! Maybe we'll all have a better day.
