Album Notes

For years I have wanted to put together a CD with some of my songs. I have been writing songs for a long time and felt the time was right to go ahead and create my music for all to hear.
From an early age I have always loved music and I will always remember how I felt when ever I heard my father play his Hank records. Nothing seemed better to me then to hear those songs of Mr. Williams. Then there was the other classics, Jim Reeves, Marty Robbins, Buck owens and others.
Later in life I got hooked on folks like Steve Earl, The Desert Rose Band, Marty Stewart, and many more that weren\'t so main stream Country. I also enjoyed the likes of ELO, YES, David Bowie, and so forth. Basically anything with a big sound and lots of action in the music, I could get in to.
I find myself writing songs of story and songs of real life and you will find that in this collection of songs. Some songs are based slighty on even just a small memory. As an example, \"Yesterday\'s Memories\" I wrote after thinking back to an older fellow I saw once in a while when I was a young kid. Though I never talked to him, I saw him only from time to time that I thought all these years later, \"he must have been traveling somewhere, and why did he keep coming back around here?\"

I love to play and sing, and writing and recording my music just enhances my love of music.
