"EVERYDAY'S ANOTHER CHANCE (The best of 1997 - 2004)" is a collection packed with Jamie's greateat hits from the last seven years. The album contains new versions and remixes of his most popular hits, plus new and previously unreleased songs.
Jamie Stevens was one of THE FIRST independent male pop artists to sell his music worldwide through the internet. He has been a role model for other independent artists ever since then. He scored several No.1 hits on music platforms such as MP3.com and BeSonic (receiving more than 100,000 downloads in one year only), which can all be found on this album.
Jamie's "best of"-compilation is just as diverse as his persona. "Battlefield" is a Motown-influenced tune that allows him to sing with the passion and confidence of a man who's seen a lot of life. "If I Could Love You Forever" is Cher-ish Euro-pop at its best, while "Voice Of The Heart" or "Can't Hurry The Harvest" are unforgettable soul ballads.

Helped me through difficult times
author: HenA few years ago I was in a vulnerable place in my life and Jamie's music meant a great deal to me and helped me to see the bright side of life. I bought it 3 years ago, when it came out. And it's still a great CD. Jamie's music and especially his lyrics mean a lot to me. It is sad that he hasn't released any new CD's since this one and I hope there will be a new album soon! LOVE YOU FOREVER JAMIE!!

Great CD!!
author: JenniferI saw Jamie live in concert almost 10 years ago here in Euskirchen. That was when he performed on an open air festival (Justin Timberlake with his band N'Sync was there too). He performed 3 songs as far as I can remember. One of the songs was "From a fool to a winner" (which is on this CD too). Can't remember the other 2 songs, one was a ballad. They're not on this CD. This CD however is GREAT!! Have been a fan of Jamie ever since then (he also gave me an autograph back then). This is supposed to be a "Greatest hits" collection although it is much more than this. I am really really waiting for a new CD now cause this one is almost 3 years old (and it only had a couple of new songs)!!!! So Jamie come on give us some new material!!

I'm missing a few of my favorites, like "Girl on TV" or "Following your dreams" but other than that, it's a good collection. I just saw that people offer this CD for $40.00 and more on Amazon.com - how crazy is this, especially when the CD is still available here at CDBaby for 10 bucks only (which really ia good price)!!

ONE DAY this Cd will be worth a few hundred bucks
author: ChristopherI am absolutely sure that this CD will someday be worth a fortune. Jamie is still an independent singer and hasn't made it big yet (only God knows why). But he has a strong following already, and I just received this CD and I know he'll be a superstar in a few years. And then everyone will be happy who still has a copy of this really rare CD cause I don't think this will still be available when he's made it big. From all the CDs I've bought throughout the last decade, I think this is the most important one. Jamie writes great songs. They may not be mainstream enough to be played on the radio because he writes about important subjects. I am really impressed!! Thank you Jamie for putting such a great CD together!!!

Just the right CD I was looking for...
author: DanielThere are not many male singers who do dance and euro pop music the way that Cher, Kylie, Cascada or others do. But here's one. I found Jamie on Myspace and I just love his music. The CD is excellent. Many great "Feel good" songs. My favourites are "If I could love you forever" and "All my heart". Jamie has a strong voice and a strong message!!!

...finally some good pop music again
author: Andy SmithI heard about Jamie on My Space and now I'm playing his CD every day!! It's really been a long time since I bought a really good pop record. Right now there is only soul, R & B and hip hop on the charts (which is okay in general) but sometimes I get a little bit tired of all the same music that's been on the radio. Even artists like Janet Jackson who used to be cool pop artists only release R & B songs today. Jamie really delivers something else here. The first song that I heard from him was "If I Could Love U Forever" which remembers me of Cher's "Believe" (one of my all-time favourites)!! The other songs are similar, although there are different kinds of pop music on the album. But every song has a catchy melody, which I find very important. When Jamie's CD arrived and I listened to it a few times I realized that many of his songs have a serious message. He's not someone to sing about love all the time, he sings about very different things, which I think is great. I can only recommend this CD and I am looking forward to more music from Jamie!!!!!

I mean, they say it will be back in stock soon but it would have been a nightmare to have to wait a few weeks until the new CDs arrive. I heard about Jamie on My Space and immediately fell in love with his song "If I Could Love You Forever"!! This man has got talent! He's got the looks! He's got the voice! I would say: A NEW STAR IS BORN!!! The CD arrived last weekend and it is even better than I thought it would be. Fortjnately the CD booklet has the lyrics printed for most of the songs, so I can sing along. I still cannot understand why this man isn't on the Billboard charts. If you can, BUY THIS!!
HE SOUNDS LIKE A MALE CHER....

I knew right away if his singing is only nearly as good as his looks, I would just HAVE TO buy his CD. Well and here I am playing "Everydays Another Chance" nonstop!! My favorite song is "If I could love you forever" which is a great dance-track! But there are many other great songs, such as "Voice of your heart" or "Perpetual motion" or "Unbreakable". WOW, what a great CD. I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes Europop and everyone who appreciates some good lyrics because this guy really has got something to say!!!!

author: Patrick BealsFor a long time I had been looking for a thorough Jamie Stevens Greatest Hits package, especially because I didn't manage to get any of his previous CDs. When I discovered Jamie's brilliant music on the web, his previous CD's had already been sold out by that time. Finally this one was issued. I think Jamie has a great voice, and it is a shame his career has never brought him to the US No1 spot. Most people consider him as a sexy Teen Idol and don't take his music too seriously. But I think his voice is every bit as good as George Michael or any other appreciated male pop artist. There are so many great songs on this CD, all of the hits that I found on the net (there are several web sites who still offer some old - and yes, legal - free MP3 files of his music. They're all on this CD compilation. Finally! I recommend this CD highly. Especially for such a phenomenal price!

It's missing a few things (for example his excellent rendition of LFO`s "Girl on TV" or the brilliant "La Solitudine"), but nonetheless it is a fantastic representation of his work. This is the greatest hits-collection I`ve ben waiting for since early 2003 (when he announced the release in an interview with a German newspaper). But then Jamie decided to take a break from the music business in 2003 and I thought this collection would never be released. Having been a fan of Jamie`s music ever since 1997 (when I saw him perform live with 'N Sync in his hometown - and by the way "From a fool to a winner" was one of the songs that he performed back then), I am happy that it was finally released. The CD is missing a few great songs (hence the 4 stars instead of 5!) but it`s probably always difficult to compile a best-of-album. At least he decided to include a number of unreleased songs and some new mixesl, which is great (because most greatest hits-collections only have the hits and nothing new).

But everytime I tried to order the album it was sold-out?!? Now I finally managed to get a copy and all I can say is that it is brilliant. It was worth waiting for and all of the songs are great! Now I know why it sells out so very fast. If the album is in sock, you better grab it now. It could already be sold out in one hour from now (believe me because that's what happened to me!!).

author: MatthewTogether with Ari Gold, Jamie belongs to the elite of independent male pop artists. "Everyday's another chance" is Jamie's third album in the meantime. The album contains old songs (like a best-of-compilation) and some new mixes and new songs. The collection of songs could not be better - a lot of 80's sound mixed with Jamie's wonderful and meaningful lyrics. Let's not forget that Jamie co-wrote most of the songs on this new album. I only hope that Jamie will continue with his pace and is going to release a brandnew album anytime soon. At least he's much faster at releasing records than Gold is. Jamie's music is also slightly better if I may say so.

I was a bit sceptical because I only knew one song: "If I Could Love You Forever," which is a Europop dance song like only Cher could usually deliver it. I liked the song so much that I HAD to get the CD. The rest of the album is even better! Many dance tracks, ballads and catchy mid-tempo songs. Jamie is such a cutie - he looks amazing and his voice is THE BEST!!

Jamie is absolutely underrated

Listening to this album confirms what a great singer he is and how many hits he's had. A great collection. I highly recommend it.
When he shines

I downloaded mine from Amazon.com and couldn't wait for the full album to be released. There are a lot of wonderful, uplifting tunes on the album without getting cheezy. And with 16 songs altogether (plus 1 extra hidden track) the album has got a lot to offer. This is the one album to own from his limited catalog, especially since his other CD's have been out of print, almost from their inceptions.
