Album Notes

this is what people are saying about JAMUEL SAXON!:

"Keith from the Vision of a Dying World has an alter-ego Jamuel Saxon who not only delivered the goods alongside the crafty hip-hop outfit Day Blues but produces incredible music on this eternally awesome album. San Diego-based Jamuel Saxon effortlessly blends hip-hop, dance, electronica, and indie pop into his own emotional outpouring. Amped with vocoder vocals and Casio keyboards, “Fractions Anyone” is certainly a nod towards the do-it-yourself recording crowd. Intensely fascinating lyrics awaken amid this apartment pop recording that continues to grow on you after repeat listens."

- J-Sin Smother.net

"Don't let the name fool you: Jamuel Saxon isn't a jam-rock frat band. It's one dude in San Diego making scratchy laptop beats with soulful vocoder vocals and Casio keyboard effects that sound like the hold music at the Emotionally Abused Robot Hotline."

-Luke O'Neil (The Boston Globe)

incredible c.d! filled with a mellodic range of sound! Lyrics are incredible, the album itself is a must have. My favorites are "we could be helpless", and "porposal". If you've never heard Magnt Box, listen to it now! All around, incredible c.d! never gets old, the lyrics wont let it!!!
