Janet Marie & m’Archibald McCarty have been performing their signature Musical-Story-Theatre shows for kids and families since 1987. Whether you’re enjoying their just-for-fun concert ‘Imagination That!’, their health-and-fitness revue ‘healthy ME!’, their silly-spooky Halloween show ‘Boogah & Hoogah’s Haunted Houseparty’ or their performance-ministry ‘Good News!’ a few things are certain: toes will tap, kids will giggle, voices will raise, and families will experience more enjoyment of the time they spend together.

Good News! Good News! performance-ministry shows were created in response to requests from educators, pastors, and parents for enjoyable and enlightening entertainment that would reinforce faith formation lessons. The happy result of those shows, especially when performed for audiences containing both children AND their adults, has been to provide additional opportunities for families to worship, and to encourage after-show discussions, prayer, and singing.

Good News! Good News! The CD contains ten of the most popular songs from the live shows as well as a few spoken highlights which give a flavor of the live event for those who haven’t experienced it, and some humorous and thoughtful reminders for those who have!
