With captivating original songs and a stunning and sultry presence, Jane Wright is a singer/songwriter/producer based in Portland, Oregon. Jane has emerged with her solo debut CD, Synergy, to glowing critical acclaim.

Polished, catchy songs with a mainstream appeal, Synergy has been described as "consistently listenable and interesting throughout," "one of the most honest albums...with sweet surprises throughout," "with each song it just gets better and better."

Synergy was a project Jane put together with some of Portland's greatest musical talent. Additionally, it was awarded an Oregon arts grant by the Regional Arts and Culture Council in January 2000.

Jane Wright is a native of Auburn, Alabama. Her singing and playing style comes from her experiences growing up in the South with the sounds of soul, jazz and church music going on around her.
