Album Notes

I have been singing and performing since I was five. Being born in Odessa Texas meant lots red dirt, but no oil well, bummer. Moving, at four to grow up in Bonham Texas meant lots of church choirs, plus acting, and writing. I sang in some country rock bands in college. Singing all around Texas. Lot's of fun.

Ok..so far we have West Texas, and North Texas. Now, the big solo move to Colorado and the wild west experience. Love, a good looking cowboy, horses, kids, music, psychology, and heartbreak. YeHaa! All of that inspired me to seriously start songwriting out there in the middle of nowhere in Colorado. So I wrote and sang and people liked it. People all over Colorado started asking for me and my music. That is what inspired me to keep writing and singing. I even sang the National Anthem for the Colorado Rockies and the Indie Races. That was really cool.

Wanting to learn more about songwriting and the music industry led me to Nashville Tennesse. I got more than I bargined for with a lot of acting in film, songwriting, singing, limousines, and the school of hard knocks. Really hard knocks. Worth it. Yes.

Next stop was Austin Texas. I love the music in Austin and got some major inspiration during that time. Then love struck again and I got really lucky finding my Mr. Right.

My husband and I moved back to Colorado in 2006. I am loving the mountains and the people and the music.
