Janos Koolen and Lucas Beukers are experienced musicians in the Dutch pop, folk and jazz scene. With just a mandolin and a double bass they bring a varied program with all original compositions and sensational improvisations on both instruments. Though both highly technical players this duo is all about interaction and lyrical statements. These recordings take the listener for a ride through the beautiful opening melody 'Our Love Has Faded' to the almost avant garde piece 'Three Way Melody'.
