8 year old Latin Christian artist, Jasmine, releases her debut CD
How much can you say about an 8-year-old little girl who at the age of 6 completed her debut CD that was just released in January 2002; one in English, one in Spanish.
Jasmine is coming out with a powerful solo blast but not without a short but impressive track record. You can hear her sing in Sueños, Alvaro López and Res-Q Band's latest release. She also is featured in Integrity's Shout Praises! Kids Gospel. One critic writes,"The anointing on youthful soloist Jasmine García is powerful...."
Many in the music industry marvel at the overall quality of Jasmine's project. Artists, producers and recording engineers are simply awe struck. The contributors and musicians are major. The album was produced by Paul García, Jasmine's father, who by his own right has attained numerous noteworthy credits, who as of late finds himself working with producer extraordinaire Tommy Sims on several projects.

While working on the project, Paul realized that Jada, his second child would be born by the time the album was to be released. Not wanting to exclude her, he sampled the ultrasound heartbeat of his unborn child and manipulated it as the pulsating rhythm of " A New Song"
