I have given only three stars, as even though I love depressing music, a few tracks here are too listless even for me, and they don't have the focus of some of the better tracks. But wow, when they are on, as in my favorite track Guide Us, the music has an ability to physically affect you. Seriously. Listen to this album and you will soon forget whatever bulls**t problems you had before.
