Album Notes
Long Summer's Day is the debut album release for Toowoomba singer/songwriter Jason Ryan.

Produced by three-time Golden Guitar winner Michael Fix and with the help of some of Australia's best musicians(Dash McIvor,Darren Muller,Phil Slade,Brendan Radford,Hugh Curtis and Michael Fix)this album really showcases Jason's versatility as a singer/songwriter.

Jason writes all twelve tracks on the album.His songs tell stories he has lived through himself and life through the eyes of other people he has met.
The album touches on many different musical styles throughout the tracks from blue grass,blues,modern country and even a little western swing.The album also includes a duet with one of Brisbane's finest female voices Jacqui Ryan in the song 'Carry the Flame' and features vocals from Stacey Hoy in 'The Heaven's Above'.
