Javen is one of the leading independent artists of our generation that continues to soar to new heights with each new crowd he captivates. This singer/song writer has been featured all across the US and in other countries like Brazil, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Europe, and more. He has appeared both nationally and internationally on television networks like BET, CNTV, TBN, and Daystar, performing with well-known personalities like Andre Crouch, Kirk Franklin, Be Be Winans, Reba McIntire, and more. One can easily ascertain that Javen's musical versitility is what creates the universail appeal that has garnered him such a diverse audience. Javen's past 2 CD releases ("Change" & "Javen") on his independent prodcution label JCM Inc. have received favorable responses from radio stations across the country. The single "Never Give Up On Love" peaked at #7 on the top ten CCM Music Charts. Through independent distribution, Javen has collectively sold over 100,000 units nation wide. In 2004, Javen was nominated for Best Male Contemporary Solo Artist of the year at the Southern California Gulid Awards. At the Carribbean's prestigious MARLIN AWARDS, Javen won 2; Male Artist of the Year, and Gospel Performance of the Year. Javen currently has two music videos, "Sacrifice" & "Count It All Joy" in rotation on BET, GMC, TBN, CTN, & WORD Network.
