JaVonne is a music lover. There is no other way to put it. The daughter of a former doo-wop singer and rocked to sleep by the sounds of sweet jazz and motown, JaVonne lives and breathes a funky jazzy beat. Raised in the bronx, NY during the time that hip-hop and rapping was originated, JaVonne learned to spin the turntables, rap, and song write. Continuing to DJ at clubs and write songs, JaVonne moved and grooved through the club scene until she became a tad bit bored with it and decided to settle down and create some music of her own. This is one of her first attempts. Thumping house beats, latin percussion, and jazzy feelings are driving this CD. This is just the beginning. So, if you need something to dance to, clean to, drive to, bob your head to, this will certainly do the trick.
