This album is divided into 13 segments making it a wonderful tool to tune into certain parts of your body/mind at any given time for meditation and healing. The mental and emotional aspects of the various organs and systems are opened to you in a healing fashion so they may be enhanced and help you heal your life and relationships. The use of affirmations, color and hand positions will help you use this Life Force Energy to release blockages and increase your peace of mind and vitality.

Although spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. It is a hands on healing system that originated in Japan and has been taught here for many, many years. You do not have to have a particular believe in it for you to benefit. Reiki Hands has been used for teaching students about self healing and the energy systems called Chakras.
