Soaring pop vocals flying over a guitar-driven country melody, bring singer-songwriter Jay Jacobson into uncharted territory with the release of his new hit single “Lonely Motel”. “The chorus came into my head one day, and I knew it had to be a country song from the start”, says Jay. On the heels of two successful, full-length CD releases, “Lonely Motel” marks the return of Jay’s collaboration with producer Manuel Iman, who produced “Infinite Man” - Jay’s debut CD. "Infinite Man” was followed by the release of Jay’s second CD, “Ready”, a chillout, emotional trip-hop journey through life, gaining him a larger fan-base worldwide. “Lonely Motel” finds Jay at the top of his vocal and writing talents, and Manuel Iman’s lush arrangement envelopes both with a heartfelt honesty, prevalent in all of Jay’s music.
