Producer / musician Jay Miley delivers his first solo CD after working on over a hundred projects for other music groups (including Frank Carlier, the humbles, Swing Soup and Michael Reno Harrell.)
Critcs call his music soulful, real and from the heart. His guitar work has been heard on several projects including an acoustic version of "oye como va" on the Major League 3 soundtrack. He is known for being a realist in the studio, not going for the sampled, sterile sound inundating todays airwaves.
one critic says,"Miley proves himself more than capable in a variety of styles. With a strong cast of supporting musicians, Jay has produced a solid example of music that matters." J. Rostar-Music Reviews Quarterly
Tired of Taco Bell and Burger King? Need something with substance? Jay Miley delivers a nice juicy steak.
"Recomended for fans of folk, blues, or just good music."

Blues, Country and Gospel at it's best. Everything about this CD is great. The Songwriting is top notch along with some amazing picking and soulful singing. The big record labels should go back to school and learn from a CD like Last Man Standing. Thank God for Jay Miley.
