Album Notes

This group sings a'cappella doo-wop on the streets of the French Quarter in New Orleans for thousands of visitors. They made a cameo appearance in the Paramount motion picture "Double Jeopardy" as the "Jackson Square Singers" singing their arrangement of Amazing Grace.

The group originally consisted of Jerome Alexander (pictured on right),Raymond Marshall (Ray), and George Hunter (Gee). The group has sustained changes in singers over the years but has maintained the a'cappella style of singing in the New Orleans area. Convention planners and corporate exectives call the group on a regular basis for gigs. The group has a total of four (4) CD's to-date: A'cappella New Orleans Volume 1, 2, 3, and 4. Volume 4 is currently available on our website. Volume(s) 2 & 3 will be on the net later.
