From the backwoodz of Watertown Mass. comes the unhinged sound of hip-hop's Hunter S. Thompson. 007 is the Irish/Jew version of Burt Baccarach with a mouthful of blotter paper. As the in house producer for backwoodz studioz, 007 has laid the foundation for "Camouflage" and billy woods' "The Chalice" as well as several joints on The Growroom and Rec Circle's forthcoming album. "Eminent Domain" is an EP of instrumentals, blends, remixes and unreleased freestyles by billy woods, Vordul Mega and Kong of M.I.C.. Bond is somehow able to weave all these elements into a paperback book of hip-hop pulp fiction. As a prelude to the release of a full 007 comp. by the end of the year, this is a limited release, so get it while you can. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE SHORT PLAYLIST; EP is 42+ minutes long .

A must for any fan of 007, and worthwhile for any billy woods or Cannibal Ox fan

This is an ill EP, we got a free copy at the magazine along with the billy woods LP. The Chalice is a tight album with a lot of top-notch production by 007, Aerotaxi and a bunch of other people. But Eminent Domain really gives you a chance to just peep Bond at work, it's like a book of short stories that are somehow all connected. Plus some of the freestyles and unreleased material by woods and co. is pretty hot. 007 gets my vote for producers to keep both eyes on in 2004.
