Album Notes

Just B has been living and breathing music since he first entered the world hollering at full volume. His career began as a 9 year old "ringer" playing drums for prize money in music festivals. In high school, Just B started forming bands in order to play local bars for girls and cash. This continued all through university and lead to summer touring with uncle wiggly - 5 nights a week, all season long. Since going pro, Just B has performed all over Canada both live, and on CD with dozens of bands including; Uncle Wiggly (Drums and vocals), Big On Venus (Bass and Vocals), Popjoy (Bass and Vocals), and Thundermug (Drums and vocals, then bass and vocals) - Not to mention fronting his own little band on the guitar.

Just B recorded his first solo album, "Grow", in the big city of Toronto in 1998, the same year he recorded "Bang the Love Drum" with Thundermug. Taking the plunge into home based recording, Just B co-produced and co-wrote the first Big On Venus EP, followed by the infamous Popjoy cover CD.

Three years ago, Just B left the road to settle in a farmhouse in his small hometown of Hanover, Ontario for a while. He spends his time writing and recording rock albums in his home studio, producing CD's for his favorite local talents, teaching kids how to rock out, playing charity gigs, and chopping firewood with great enthusiasm.
