Album Notes

As well as being a talented songwriter and singer, J. D Haring also breathes new life into the mastery of the acoustic guitar. This coupled with his spontaneous wit and sense of humor makes him an entertainer of considerable depth and range. His many years of stage experience have lead to the development of his extensive repertoire, and have created J. D.’s great diversity as a dynamic, energetic, live performer. Add to this, his engaging rapport with his audience, and you have entertainment of the highest professional standards. Since the mid-nineteen seventies, J. D. has lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in the Great Southwest while touring the United States. J. D. has done numerous concert performances at colleges, universities and for the military. J. D. has also performed as opening act for such notables as; Ian Tyson, Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Billy Joe Shaver, Crystal Gayle, The New Riders of the Purple Sage and Jose Greco. J. D. has also appeared as a guest artist in Denmark and Sweden with Tomboola Band, Ivan Johnson Band, Teddy Edelmann and Leif Kerstein and the Winchesters. J.
