Wonderful CD - pacing, non-judgemental

When I lived in Seattle, Julie DiJoseph was actually my somatic experiencing practitioner! Her CDs still are very useful to me as they are just what I need to get centered and relaxed without judgement. I become more self-aware of my anxiety and tension. Getting relief with my headaches

About once a month I get these terrible headaches which leave me quite incapacitated. I tried Julie's CD and the result was amazing. One day I did not need painkillers at all and the next day taking one was enough. Up until getting this CD I had not found anything which had helped me with these headaches except taking strong painkillers.
