The James Douglas Show celebrates successful album release with 10 city Old School Legends tour.



Albuquerque, NM – The Second major label release from The James Douglas Show entitled “THE NEW BLACK” has landed them a slot on the 10 city “Old School Takeover Tour”. The 5 state tour Includes Funk and R&B legends Midnight Star, The S.O.S Band, Brenton Woods, The Delphonics (Ron Ellison) and Adena Howard along with 80’s-90’s favorites The Cover Girls, Paperboy, Mellow Man Ace and New School Funkstars The James Douglas Show. The James Douglas Show was added due to their increasing popularity which includes “The New Black” being featured on the front page of itunes for the 3rd consecutive week and their single “U” being in heavy rotation on over 20 radio stations. “The James Douglas Show is where the Old School Meets The New School, they are a top requested artist across the nation since our show went into syndication in 2007 they have continually been a Show favorite” says Skip Reeves from the Nationally syndicated radio show “A Funk Above The Rest”. “The New Black” is Available everywhere music is sold online as well as on all major Mobile ring tone sites.
