Jeffery Smith has been blessed with the gift of music since he was a young child.
Raised among a family of other talented musicians, Jeffery was exposed to a broad range of instruments including lead, bass and acoustic guitars, keyboards, drums, percussion instruments, baritone and trumpet. He began playing several instruments at a very early age (7) and continued to play throughout high school in several jazz, concert and marching bands. Jeffery entered college to study Accounting but continued to follow his passion for music by joining a touring band, which opened for national acts in the Jazz and R&B genres of music.

Jeffery soon branched out on his own and began writing and recording his own music. Being a highly talented multi-instrumentalist, Jeffery writes, arranges, produces, engineers and performs all of his original music in his personal studio. To date, Jeffery has recorded 7 CDs.

He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe, while he explored various genres of music, writing and recording six other CDs until he became inspired to record Back To You, his first spiritual release. Jeffery had been reflecting on his life and ultimately realized how God had been there with him, protecting him and guiding him throughout his life’s journey. His discovery of how blessed he was, understanding that he was truly a child of God, became the ultimate inspiration for his latest CD and made God’s purpose for his life crystal clear.

Jeffery wants us all to know that he is here because of what he now understands God’s purpose and promise for his life. He is here to share God’s gift to him with everyone, prayerful that this gift will continue to inspire and bless others.
