Album Notes
Jeff Karoub is a singer, songwriter and musician who has performed across his home state of Michigan and the Great Lakes and has garnered fans across the globe. The Detroit journalist, whose father played in the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and on Motown Records, credits genetics and general curiosity for an open musical mind. The singer, guitarist, mandolinist and fiddler likes to tell stories through music, evident in songs like 'Made by Motown' featured on his CD of the same name. No less an acoustic authority than Rob Reinhart, host of the nationally syndicated Acoustic Cafe radio show, has praised Jeff's storytelling and songs. He has taken his rhythm-and-roots sound to many stages, and has been featured on WJBK-TV (Fox 2) and WDET-FM in Detroit, as well as heard on stations across Michigan, Chicago, Ontario and New York.
