JellySide Downe’s latest release, “Tweed” doesn’t really fit into any of the usual categories. So, if you happened upon this page while searching for “folk” or “country”, you might be in for a bit of a surprise.

True, you’ll find some of that here. But you’ll also find send-ups of beloved pop icons, and songs you may have heard on NPR’s Car Talk or Dr. Demento. Or perhaps you’ll enjoy sitting back and listening to the latest episodes of “Quiet! Hospital Zone!”~ a radio soap opera that’s actually more of a sponge bath.

We hope you’ll enjoy the humor here. Although it’s recommended for mature audiences, you’ll soon discover there’s not much “mature” about it.

And, as with all of Jelly’s so-called “music”, it’s probably best to partake of your favorite libation or other vice before listening! Here… have some “Tweed”!
